Soteira and our partners strictly adhere to all applicable local regulations governing clinical laboratories and are thereby committed to the highest quality standards. Quality assurance program is one of its main priorities, with internal audits and frequent participation in national and international external quality controls. In addition, we also run our own in-house global quality control program that ensures consistent results every day of the year. This provides uniform and precise results for the entire duration of the study. In order to fully meet GCP requirements, all source documents and relevant records are archived for a period of at least 15 years.
Soteira is able to achieve extremely rapid turnaround times. All specimens are analyzed directly upon arrival at the laboratory and results are reported within 24 hours either by mail, fax or modem computer link.
